『IVA』正式的名稱為「個人自願安排」，「個人自願安排」是《破產條例》所訂的正式程序，提供破產以外的另一項選擇。 債務人可向法院申請臨時命令，而在該期間，任何人不得針對債務人採取或繼續進行破產或其他法律程序。
